Food Tech.

Today I practiced making cupcakes for the individual cooking assessment which is on Wednesday. It turned out well! I was very pleased with myself. I would've taken a photo but I can't be bothered right now, because I'm exhausted and I have to finish my Textiles and Design homework, gah! It's annoying. Hopefully if I have the time, I'll take a photo and upload it (in this post) so that you guys could see how it looks like. The piping of the frosting is pretty crap 'cause I rushed it and forgot to change the nozzle for a BIGGER nozzle. Fantastic!(Wait...the smaller the nozzle, the more the frosting on the cupcake. Crap! Hope it's not too sweet.) Oh! It's called Red Velvet Cupcakes if you want to search it up and have a crack at doing it! It's moderately easy I guess. BUT, be warned. When adding the red food colouring...don't pour the food colouring without wearing latex gloves like I did. I'm so stupid. But if it does happen and you forget to wear the gloves, detergent should be handy(?). Ugh, my right finger tips are all red!!! (Yes, I've killed someone. Shh, don't tell anyone. Oh, wait, it's on Blogspot...oops? Yes I think I'm funny :P Not!)
And this throbbing headache won't go away - Go away!!!! ZzZzZzzz...OOH I WISH IT WAS JUUUUST SATURDAY. Freaking Mondays. Sorry for the slight rage, b-b-blame it on the "time of the month"! Hoorah. And Kina Grannis might be touring Australia!!!! Ahhhh!!!

Finally watched Something Borrowed, and it's a great movie! When I heard this song while it was being played for SB on TV, I fell in love with it instantly. The reason why I like this song is because it has a meaning to it. Natasha Bedingfield is an amazing female artist. I miss her songs.

I'm currently into..

Hans Zimmer. After watching The Holiday (again! Ugh, Jude Law was ridiculously good looking in this movie) a few days ago, I fell in love with Zimmer's amazing music. I practically put it on repeat over and over again..it's beautiful. It gets my heart racing every time I listen to it, especially one song..Gumption! The feeling of listening to his songs are indescribable!

Anyway...I should start working out a bit so I don't look so flabby in the dress I'll be wearing to Selina's 16th. I saw on the website that it's going to rain..please don't rain! My fingers are like popsicles. A cup of hot cocoa + beanie + throw + scarf + gloves + long fuzzy socks is in need.

My blog seems quiet and boring..not enough blogging? I don't have anything else to write and surely whatever I write ain't that important nor eventful at the moment. Snooze.
